  Gutenberg Project is one of the most important online references.

  Cons

  It flat-out didn't work. It probablly did work when it was released in 2001.

  Summary

  It listed A Study in Scarlet but said it couldn't find the book when I tried to download it.

  This program links to the project gutenberg library and lists, downloads and lets you read the ebooks available. It's all free, so there should be no complaints.
