Hierdoor krijgt u optimale en persoonlijke informatie over uw ziektebeeld, uw behandeling en overige relevante informatie zoals afspraken en herinneringen. Daarnaast bestaat er de mogelijkheid tot directe communicatie via beeldbellen en chat.De gedownloade app heeft initieel geen inhoud, totdat deze gekoppeld is aan een eHealth Platform geregistreerde organisatie.
