  Pros

  Does exactly what it promises: Save your emails into folders like your other documents. The Search is jaw-dropping. Open, reply and forward emails just like they're in your Outlook Mailbox. The Rules feature means most email is filed automatically. Easy to use, easy to set up. Works a treat, everybody loves it.

  Cons

  It took us a while to work out the Drop Panel templates - and how they work with Cloud Sync. But that is because they are entirely novel features for dropbox style filing and filing from an iPhone, not because they are hard to use per se.

  Summary

  eFiler is excellent value, it really dis pay for itself in no time at all. Works very very well, exactly what Outlook users have needed all along - I'm surprised Microsoft haven't bought them. So if you need to file your emails and search them and if you need to empty your Inbox and avoid the dreaded Mailbox size limit, I heartily recommend eFiler.
