Could not get it to run

Pros
Did not get a chance to experience any.
Cons
Downloaded; installed; tried to run, got error messages. Uninstalled. Thought maybe something went awry during original download/install (I'd been multitasking). Downloaded; installed; tried to run, got error messages. Nevermind. (If you care, I'm running Windows 7 on <2 yr old Dell laptop).
