  Besides being the best Outlook sync software on the market, Easy2Sync for Outlook has the best customer support on the market as well. The developer gets back to you within 24 hours and will even fix the code of the software to be sure it works perfectly with your system and configuration. I have been using Easy2Sync for Outlook and Easy2Sync for Files for many years and through many iterations of Windows. They work perfectly. And if I have any problems the developer has been incredibly helpful and supportive and fast. This is the way software should be supported and the way software products should work.

  The main issue is that the constant prompting for user confirmation of what has already been "agreed" in the setup procedure effectively makes the product useless - for my purposes anyway. For example, in the version I installed, the synchronisation rules couldn't deal with a renamed Outlook Folder automatically.

  Summary

  Tried product several times, using different approaches described on the developer website, but none worked properly. Gave up and uninstalled the program. Now "synchronise" .PST files between PCs every few days using the SyncToy for Windows and Task Scheduler instead.

• Great product; Great Service

  Pros

  This product does exactly what it claims to do and exactly what I wanted. I am syncing 3 Outlook profiles using 5 .pst files between two computers and it works beautifully. Because Outlook locks a .pst file when in use, a sync normally wouldn't work when the same profile is open at the same time on two computers. Easy2sync overcomes this by using bridge files (sync computer 1 to a bridge, then the bridge to computer 2). This is brilliant. You can create rules to sync when and how you want. The customer service is fantastic. I had a problem with one of my rules and emailed the company from their web site. I got a reply the next day with a partial solution and a request to send the log file. The day after that, I got another reply with the rest of the solution, and a new version of the program released just to add a feature I requested. I am really pleased.

  Cons

  If you are not computer savvy, the learning curve is a bit steep. This is mainly because of the way Outlook works - you really need to understand how you are setting up your Outlook profiles to get the results you want from a sync rule. But I was happy to take the time to learn it because I now have what I want as opposed to having a program decide for me how I want to sync.

  Summary

  The product is great, the service is great and the price is reasonable. I suspect that some of the negative reviews above are because people had set up their Outlook profiles or Easy2sync rules incorrectly. If you take the time to do it correctly, you will be very pleased with the results.

• The Trial Version does practicaly nothing

  All I need to do is synch my contact notes, no luck with that. They want $79 to try that feature out. I wouldn't pay with out knowing it does what I need!

  Did a great job until the last upgrade.

  Cons

  Latest upgrade prevented free sync of Calendar and Contacts. As I don't sync my emails - only read on the desktop - price of new version means I deleted the program.
