• Used multiple licenses over a year with great results.

  1) easy interface, very intuitive! 2) can see multiple resources for multiple months at a time, all on 1 screen. 3) we use it to manage rooms and resources at our church, we have it all on one file and everyone that needs to can access that 1 file via the program.

  Summary

  We have had it a year, researched the options heavily (including Google app options, church resource scheduling options, etc.) and still have no regrets, have not seen anything else that can accomplish that which we need.

  This program can nothing. It just administers so called "tasks" and "resources" - that's it. Printing options are terrible (i.e. you cannot save project sheet related settings, so you have to do this each and every time again), GUI is very "retro styled" (Windows 3.11), no web interface, no office integration (not even a simple one), no additional fields for project descriptions or something. <p> <p>Just do this on your own with excel or even word. Not good at all.

  The setup is very easy. The grouping it allows you to setup. and If put in a shared folder can be used by everyone. Each person can setup there group and everyone can update it.

  This product is a must for companies that need to schedule many different resources like machines or equipment use and the price cannot be beat. The designer of this software is willing to listen to your needs also for product enhancements. He trys to release an upgrade about every 3-4 months.

  I needed something to manage a couple of demo PDAs that I send out to sales team members. This was an ideal way to do it (my MIS department refused to create resources on our Exchange server). Very simple to set up and use, and very simple features - a nice step above using an excel spreadsheet. No fancy features, but a very easy learning curve. Installed easily on my Win2K Pro machine with no problems so far.

  Good planning Tool but could do with : export and import feature ie *.txt or *.xls, or *.csv. this could enable users to work out resource utilisation ie only 65% of the resource has bookings. Some costing features £10.00 per hour for resource 1
