Earprint by Psyx delivers an unparalleled listening experience in any environment (especially in the car). Welcome to portable luxury audio. Compressed music causes hearing fatigue for a number of reasons and we have identified the 4 main areas of concern: Dynamics, Image Width, Artifact Management, and Articulation. EarPrint Color Profiles:We have included 6 EarPrint Color Profiles that allow you to select the best possible fit based on the following factors:1) The amount of compression in the song2) The era of the song3) The playback medium (cars, docks, soundbars, home systems, etc)4) Background noise5) The condition of the listener's hearing6) The listener's expectationsThere is no "correct" color, and we purposely do not use terms like "pop" "rock" "hip hop" because that has nothing to do with what you want (or expect) to hear. Choose the color YOU like the best, and Earprint will even remember it the next time it is played. Each color profile displays a description, an image map illustrating front vs. rear image management, and its level of artifact correction. Earprint is a technology that allows us to capture an exact 3D model of a person's hearing system.
