I emailed and didnt' expect a reply, yet within minutes I had a reply acknoledging my problem. Then shortly afterwards came the first of several emails with suggestions about how to overcome the problem. These people were right on top of the problem from the first moment. We got the issue worked out and now everything is back to smooth again. THis product is also just the right thing to allow me to continue using Entourage and sync between two computers. I have found it to be reliable and does exactly what it is supposed to do. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product.
Don't waste your money on this crap!

Downloaded it, installed it, spent 2 hours mucking around with it. Kind of worked once. None of the changes made on iCal or Palm make it to Entourage. Doubled all my calendars on iCal. Keeps telling me there are conflicts between my Treo 650, iCal, Address Book and Entourage, fix the conflicts and these same conflicts come up again with the next sync. Tried several ways to sync stuff, but nothing works. It even messed up my iSync preferences to the point where absolutely nothing was syncing with anything. I'm asking for my money back. I can't believe I paid so much for this s@#t. I've also noticed that the developers accuse anyone who doesn't like there software of working for the competition. For the record, I'm in real-estate.

Address book sync is OK. iCal events get duplicated every time I sync using both ways synching. It even duplicate my Palm entries. I tried everything to get it to work without success.

Was this some kind of elaborate, expensive scam?

Unfortunately, when I went to sync with my Treo 650, it switched my Home Work addresses on my Treo and I also lost some home addresses in Entourage. Strangely, in Entourage and Addressbook all the information is in the correct category. The conduit seems to be switching those two categories and you can only have one address type sync to the Palm application. This program is getting there and the support is First Class. That is why I have stuck with them. This type of support is rarely seen these days and their company should get our support.

The only reason I haven't trown out this product (as I did with PocketMacs crappy product [don't even remeber the name now)]) was their superb support. Swift and accurate answers, timely updates and very nice people on the other side of the mail pipe. So from now on I'm a very happy camper! I will recommend this product to all my friends... and why not all the people I meet in the supermarket ;-)

I just use it to acheive the following Nokia 6600 Apple Address book --> Entourage. <p>Other solutions have a habit of polluting the address book with Entourage but this seems to work as advertised when you select one way push. <p>However it is not perfect. Contact notes for me dont seem to go to entourage and overwrite what is there (I have no note in address book but historic and incorrect data in Entourage). And a previously synched contact was duplicated [I had added company/nickname data]. <p>An annoying issue that is often neglected by developers (myself included) is that the registration code is not washed during paste - confusing given safari's propensity to clip extra stuff, and the kagi message reads really poorly. On entering registration code, iSync crashed. A multipack license would be good for businesses.

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I was a user of GoBetween. The working word is "was". My Palm Tungsten died on me forcing me to use my wife's Pocket PC. However to get things to sync, I had to also use The Missing Sync(TMS) by MarkSpace. GoBetween does not function with TMS. E2Sync to the rescue. It installed and synced and simply works. I swear by this product. I was there when I needed it, and continues to work in the background without ever making itself known. All of you GoBetween users out there, you might want to think about switching over. Also GoBetween has remained the same for over six months. No updates, changes. Nothing. E2Sync is active and very professional.
