• Good software, Terrible company

  The software is quite easy to use.

  Cons

  If you change software you will not have access to your previous accounting information. Although their terms of service say that once you cancel you can still access your information, this is false. I have tried on many occasions to correct this issue with their Customer service with no return calls or follow up.. I was a Customer for 10 years and during that time they more than tripled the price.

  Summary

  Avoid starting with this company because once you are in, you can't get out and you are obligated to accept any and all terms.

  It is a very thorough product - if you purchase all of the options.

  Cons

  This product is not user friendly and it is difficult to find instructions in English. Also, you have to pay for support. I have only had the product for 6 months and it has already become virtually unable to use.
