• Great program, bad moderators :(

  I've been using this program since before it became Invelos. Nice people before that time. No rebilling, overall a nice program and you can keep your own collections on your computer..

  Cons

  However, I can't give this a full 5. A major drawback is their moderators in approving missing titles. Ones that obviously should be in there. I had one denied because I didn't list the source of the scans of covers. Uh I scanned them smh. They seem to make up new rules whenever they want. And have gotten worse over the past 3-4 years... Just almost wants me to leave them. folks on blu-ray.com are helpful people, point out my errors , help me fix them and resubmit.

  Summary

  Great program if your willing to be torn to bits for submitting a title :( They really need to fix their attitude problem. Become more helpful instead of provoking people all the time. I could dot every I and T and Y and still come up declined. You'd think they would have had The World is Not Enough on Blu ray but apparently not. No wonder the titles are missing. Most people have had it. They won't submit. I'm getting very close to that. They remind me of a a site I won't mention, moderators there won't even listen to the orders of the Webmaster. That site is pretty much dead now. Invelos is headed that way.

• Fabulous features, but online database needs much work

  Bells and whistles are astounding. With about 1,000 dvds, I was able to get the database loaded in about 3 days.

  Cons

  1. The online database needs a substantial number of additions. About 100 of my titles weren't found - classical music DVDs are virtually non-existent in the database. 2. There is a bait and switch going on with downloading the trial version. Once you get your movies into the system, you aren't allowed to use many of the best features unless you buy it.

  Summary

  Cosmetically beautiful program, easy to use, very nice electronic interface for online retrieval of your movies by UPC code or title. Many of the reporting features, including charts, graphs, and other niceties aren't available in the free version.

  One timegharge and windows moble app is only a few bucks; also a one time charge.

  Needs to be updated faster. 1 update a year at the very least.

  You can quickly enter movies to create your database. The GUI is well designed.

  Cons

  I entered my first catalogue without too much difficulty but out of 200 movies ten weren't listed and would need to hand enter all the information. This wouldn't have bothered me too much if the movies were obscure but these were big name movies. The time it takes to load is extreme and the flash screen stays on top while you are waiting. This keeps you from doing anything else while the program loads. There should be a print to text feature that works. Not everyone uses one note. An old fashioned ascii text report would have been fine. The read from DVD is a good idea but more often than not the windows media player pops up while you are doing it. This costs even more time. I believe this program is on its way to becoming very good but it depends entirely on customers to populate and suggest upgrades. If I wanted to design something myself then I would build an Access database.

  I have used this software for several years and not once have I been disappointed. It's the "All-In-One" package. I absolutely can not do without it. I do not recall any bugs. Truly a trust-worthy tool for anyone's DVD collection.

  Cons

  I honestly can't think of one negative aspect.

  Pros

  Very easy to use.<p>Small cost to get the "Pro" version. Even if you don't get the "Pro" version, still very capable with more features then similair packages.
