• Simple but Powerful Duplicate Matching Options

  Pros

  Duplicate Killer is well-thought-out and contains all the features I needed to identify and merge 980+ contacts. It was also useful after I starting synching my phone's Contacts with Outlook's Contacts -- there were numerous duplicates after this, and using Duplicate Killer helped me find and merge them. I like the way the merge works -- if you want to manually inspect the merge before proceeding, you select that option, and then ensure that you're not losing any important data.

  This deduper is an addon for Outlook. Adds a new tab for all the tools. Awesome tool.

• Slow crashes, refund policy is a LIE!

  there are no PROS.

  Cons

  My inbox contained 80,000 emails. It took over 24 hours for DK to "search" it. I then clicked on one of the duplicates in the box and it crashed. 24 hours wasted! I bought Sperry Software duplicate remover, and it worked like a champ in less than 3 hours!!!

  Summary

  I tried to request a refund, they refused, saying they wanted to remote control my computer to figure out the problem! I said there forget it, I am not waiting 24 hours again. They refused to refund my money without allowing them remote access to my computer and personal emails etc, etc! Remote access to my computer isn't going to happen, ever!

  When it works its fantastic, it clears duplicate emails a treat. Though some of the settings to get this to work can be a bit hit an miss

  Cons

  It works only for a short period then hangs and wont work again, in my case 1 day. Tech support is poor, with almost no help just random auto generated emails. Some filters are hit and miss. Working one time and then not another.

  I tried the demo, thought it was great so bought this product, what a mistake. It ran for one day until I shutdown the PC. On rebooting the plugin wouldnt work anymore and became disabled. Uninstalling and re-installing didnt work. So contacted tech support only to be given a ticket number for support, but no follow up emails or info on how to use this number. So with help refused from 4Team I then asked for a refund as it isnt fit for purpose. This was declined too by 4Team. Do yourself a favour avoid this company.

  Pros

  I really enjoy using this software, as it does what it is supposed to do, and does it really well. It removes all the duplicates, and keeps my folders clean all the time. Will buy the full version tomorrow. Totally recommend it to everyone.

• Great Outlook duplicate item remover

  Pros

  Fast and accurate duplicate remover. Advanced options allows me to move duplicates into special folder, or flag duplicate item, so later I can review all these items or simply delete duplicates instantly. Another good thing about this tool is that I can create duplicate search scenarios, one or more for my calendar, another for my contacts, emails, etc... Thumbs up!

• Nice program with some advanced features

  Pros

  Quite an advanced software this is. At first i was a bit overwhelmed with all the settings that it has... like setting all the comparison criteria, and file comparisons, advanced search reports and so on... but once you configure it and learn a bit about how it works then you get really attached to all these features that it has. I wouldn't change it now for any other solution for removing duplicates.

  Pros

  I've tried various duplicate removing software so far but i haven't found any other product that can do the job this well! It can remove duplicate calendar events, emails, it can provide you with very detailed reports and comparisons, it can do the whole job automatically if you want! For me that's awesome! can't ask for more, just lets me focus on my work without being harassed by all those duplicates which are so annoying!

  Pros

  Best solution for outlook duplicates i've come across! does it's job without fail. It has many options to be customized and you can see comparisons between files before you remove them. That's a great feature, at least for me! 100% safe to use, you won't get any deleted content that is not duplicate for sure. And you can always review before deleting anything permanently.
