Crashes EVERY time I use it.

- Terrible at actually doing anything about those anomalies. It crashes every single time I try to delete duplicates.

- This program took 45 minutesr to identify dupes in my 60,000 song itunes library. Everytime I ran it, the dupe count was different. When i tried to delete the dupe files, it just stopped working. I tried several times, nothing. I thought that maybe it was because I had my itunes library on an external drive so I emailed tech support. 2 days later they replied with a polite email and a suggestion. The suggestion didnt work, and now I am curious whether or not these folks were just trying to get me to send them various config files so that they could maliciously gain access to my network. Never heard back from them after several email attempts once they got the config files. This entire experience has been creepy to say the least. Don't waste your money.

- Found and Removed 1800 Duplicate files in minutes. Gave the option of removing them manually or automatically deleting selected files.

Not worth much

- Doesn't pick up any duplicates that have even the slightest difference, even if same title but from a different album. Also, picked a lot of songs that were not even duplicates. You need to be careful in selecting what to delete or you may loose a lot of valuable songs. A manual search through Itunes worked easier.

- Even at $12.95 this is a waste of money.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Dec 16, 2012<p/>As a follow-up, you can make this program work if you are careful about deleting what you have checked off as duplicates, but now that Itunes is adding a duplicate finder to Itunes 11, I don't see a good reason to buy this.

- The demo works to locate all duplicates in your itunes library very quickly.

- Once you've paid for it, all functionality stops immediately. It will no longer start up, bringing up stupid error messages every time you try. Support is non-existent. You will be given the same advice repeatedly by different customer service reps, even if you tell them that's what you have already tried.

- Don't let this company steal your money. They are nothing but thieves with a fake product ready to trick you.
Quickly deletes dupes and non-existent files in itunes.

- Seems much faster than the competitors. Relatively easy to use and does what it promises to do. I literally removed over 20,000 files with no problems.

- Still has some display bugs. Also the selection process for which files to keep and which to delete is less refined than Tune Sweeper. The instructions to run the software could include more info. It isn't quite the 1 2 3 step process promoted
- Summary
- If you have the misfortune of getting your itunes library as messed up as I have, this product can make things much better for you. Does need some refinements.

- Installed it, refused to even allow the program to load because I don't have itunes on my computer, kept giving me a pop up message telling me to turn on itunes, and make sure it is working, etc.... then refused to load. I have never even had itunes installed on this computer as I use Jango.
