It has a very easy to use interface. <p>Includes all the program icons for easy identification of programs. <p>Allows you to control upload and downloads speeds on each individual process running as well as the global upload and download speeds. <p>Great for limiting BitTorrent upload speeds.
Cons
Its not free. <p>It installs a virtual driver to provide the network controlling capabilities. <p>Can be a little taxing on your internet connection. <p>May cause negative results with Internet Browsing.

Pros
Great if you like multitasking like me. Allows you to have a P2P program running and still surf the internet with decent speed, by limiting the bandwidth of the P2P program slightly. Uses minimal resources too. Seems to be a unique program currently.

A bit processor intensive but excellent if you want full control over p2p upload bandwidth on programs than set you bandwidth up for you. Does tend to tell lies over your download speed but what does that matter ????
