Excellent interface!

Pros
Excellent interface makes this absolutely easy to use. Free makes this the best value. Free toll free tech support was the most surprising aspect! Wow, how do they do it? No limitations. Worked right out of the box. Ads don't get in the way. Works with every file type I tried. I particularly liked how it extracted email addresses from the Internet by dragging IE urls. Cool! I also like the way it automatically merges, sorts and removes duplicates without having to explicitly tell it to do so. It's also very fast for most things. There is no alternative for me!
Cons
Slow at startup, probably due to its loading of ads. Has ads, but they are simple text ads. This is only a mail list manager. It does not let you send bulk emails.
