Used Doo for Mac?
Editors’ Review
Struggling to maintain your files tidily and in sync across devices, hard drives, cloud services, and other locations? Doo for Mac helps you find your way to any specific document you are sure you have somewhere but can't seem to remember where.
On the first launch of Doo for Mac, you are asked which folders you would like to sync on your device. Typically you point Doo to your Documents folder, desktop, and other sources of untidiness on your computer. You can also easily connect it with Dropbox, Google Docs, and Evernote to be sure you won't miss any files. From this moment, the program indexes your documents and lets you easily access them through its interface. The documents are automatically categorized and you can use complex search queries with multiple parameters, which proves to be quite efficient. The interface is enjoyable and user-friendly, and setup is pretty much automatic. Only minimal interaction on your part is required to get this program working.
As a direct competitor to Apple's desktop search technology Spotlight, this program delivers exactly what it promises. With its beautiful user interface and its automatic sorting and scanning functions, Doo for Mac is most suited for users who otherwise have difficulty keeping track of their files across different devices and cloud storage services.
