This software has made life easy for me whereby I can use my Windows XP OS to open docx files.

None that I know of.

free trial, then you have to buy the software, I hate it when this is not disclosed before I download and install it. Totally misleading.

Nothing! Just junk.

First you are prompted to buy the full product. If you don't, it does not convert anything at all. Next, it hijacks the system and will not shut down! I had to exit all programs and FORCE a shut-down of my computer. Glad to be rid of this rubbish.

Innecesarily too heavy. First try it shut down my PC. Second try it opened, but it could not convert either of 2 files I entered for conversion. The "free" version is crippled. You must pay if you want something remotely useable

Amazed how what should be a simple small program was transformed into a cumbersome 11.66 MB of nothing. It looks good on the screen, but to convert docx to doc who needs all those bell and whistles? The best part is that it does not convert the files, after all. (It is a software version of a Rube Goldberg contraption)
