The application is ideal for distributing content such as a board papers, minutes, policies, videos, and mp3's. This is the end user app of a complete document distribution package. Documents are distributed via a web application that runs in any modern browser. It features PDF viewer, annotate PDFs, users only get to see the documents assigned to them, data stored on highly secure servers in your country, view PDF documents, audio, video, and images directly in Docs On Tap, other file types can be opened in an external application, files can be shared, and files can be pinned to the desktop for easy access.
