• This 'program' erased all data from my hard drive

  None. This product has been made by the shameless swindlers.

  Cons

  After my hard drive has been scanned by this 'program' all data were lost. This 'program' damaged all files on my hard drive and simply made them inaccessible or empty.

  Summary

  Stay away from this 'program'! Do NOT waste your money!

  This does not do what it claims to do. It does not assist in recovering files. There is no support from the company. It is run by clowns who have no customer service skills and no I.T background.

  Summary

  Dont bother downloading the trial version , the paid version is around the $150 benchmark and does exactly what the trial version does, NOTHING !!!!!!!! I should have read the reviews before purchasing.

  Your files will be corrupted and nameless...There is absolutely no way of telling what file was what because the files were labeled 0001,0002,0003, etc The company don't back their own product. It's useless.. there is NO SUPPORT AND THEY TELL YOU THEY DONT OFFER IT. RUDE and unprofessional to deal with.

  I would not buy anything from this company again. They are very rude to deal with and refuse to give you a refund when the product doesnt work, yet they offer no support to assist you in getting it to work.. catch 22... BUYER BEWARE...

  it does not recover any lost files. as soon as you have paid $140 all your files suddenly become corrupted and un retreivable. There is no guarantee this product works which means it doesnt... The terms and conditions state there is NO GUARANTEE..

  Summary

  do not waste your money. The trail version and paid version are the same, they only show you want files are recoverable , but you cannot recover them once you have paid. Customer service is terrible and they are rude.

  The trial version shows you what you can recover and when you buy the product , you CANNOT RECOVER the files, they become corrupt all of a sudden. Company doesnt want to acknowledge you once you have complained. They tell you that you agreed to the EULA and bad luck you cant have a refund. The EULA states product does not guarantee to work in any case so you know you are being conned.

  It did work one time on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

  Cons

  *It did work one time on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, but will not run anymore. *PDF files can't be viewed. *No support to speak of. Suggested to uninstall antivirus and firewall. Suggested to reinstall Windows. * It took over three weeks to get the CD (from Canada).

  Summary

  The time it worked was good, but this is very expensive and the support is so bad. They didn't answer my first five email messages. They didn't answer until I said I wanted my money back. If you are using Windows XP it works well.

  Very poor. Strongly recommend that you DO NOT BUY this product. I had to reformat my hard drive. unfortunately my back up of photos became corrupted and I bought this product. It failed to recover a single one of 1,300 photos. I then tried it on my cf card from my camera. the photoes were deleted but the card was not reformatted. The program managed to 'recover' current files only, and not a single deleted photo. I have been trying to get my monet back without success

  The online help is useless and the tech support don't seem to know how to use it either.

  Summary

  I searched their online help for guidance and couldn't find any mention of how to use the product so I emailed them. I was provided a link to their online help. I replied that it didn't answer my question and they replied with the same link. Their staff were incompetent and the product doesn't do what you're led to believe it does. I will never buy another product from them.

• You Cant Try B4U Buy!

  Easy on the eyes just read, point & click; a lot of time has gone into creating the look and feel of the interface. Detected all the files within the primary NTFS partition which had been deleted by little fingers using FDisk and assured me that it possiably could restore the information.

  Cons

  This program may not actually work!!!!! A great believer in ‘Try b4u Buy’ this program actually FAILED to recover any information, irrelevant of file size. You get a Pop Up demanding Buy Now. In essence it’s a waste of time downloading this program because you cant actually try it, what a shame!
