ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! (Not in America)

Pros
Great Idea, Helps Organize the school by providing an All in One application.
Cons
Purchased the software expecting a full version (Thats what their website advertised) but then we had to pay an additional $500 for network usage. Keeps crashing. Email Customer Service Only with 2 day responses. Not user friendly software. Limited
Summary
AWESOME Idea, A lot of potential. Customer Service is a deal breaker for us. If we are going to implement this software to manage the school for us, it needs to work. And when something goes wrong we need an IMMEDIATE response. Regret Purchasing this not worth the price especially after the HIDDEN Network Fee. Will have to make due. As long as we can maintain it ourselves we will utilize it to get our monies worth. I HOPE THERE ARE SOME RECENT UPDATES.
