Doesn't work in Vista?

Pros
I used it in Windows XP and it worked great. it was easy to use and made great additions to my videos.
Cons
Some times it produced jerky results. this might have been my fault?
Summary
I have had trouble getting it to work in Vista, and I have had no useful help from Lumidium, the company that sells the product. They told me to download version 2.4 and re-install it. It keeps giving me an error and will not start. I claims some dll file is corrupt or missing.
