• Terrible customer service... feel ripped off by digdb

  Decent software when it worked, but...

  It doesn't work on MAC excel. Problem is I purchased a license via paypal and didn't realize it was an autorenewed type thing 2 years later. At that point, I got a $150 or so charge on my Visa. Didn't know what it was for. Finally figured out it was for that darn auto renewal led Digdb about this and NEVER received a response. Only when I tried a different tact, indicating I was interested in purchasing the software and did it work on a MAC that I received a response that it did not. So buyer beware... not the most honest company/ software provider if you ask me.

• Easy and Powerful!

  I'm not a geek by any stretch of the imagination. But I had downloaded, installed and used DigDB to pull all the junk email addresses from my newsletter distribution list within 10 minutes. It's a huge time saver and strikes the perfect balance of ease-of-use and power.

  Haven't found anything that doesn't do what I need!

  To sum up this program in one word: beautiful. It is an add-on that will save you days of time. It is a must have for anyone who uses Excel on a regular basis. Also, the DigDB website gives an in-depth explanation of how to perform the functions supported by DigDB, and the support forums are available to answer any questions that are not covered by the tutorials.

  DigDB is a very powerful EXCEL add-on and fills the gap which EXCEL programmers left regarding typical data manipulation requirements. If you use multiple data sets and tables and need to combine, merge, and sort them in ways that defy standard EXCEL preprogramed capabilities, I would highly recommend giving this one a test drive.

  This tool saves me, on average, 6 hours of work a week. It's simple and easy to use. I constantly find new ways to utilize the different features to make my life easier! Great tool, I was hooked instantly and am still satisfied over a year and a half later!

  Pros

  Great for users with very, very large databases and hetrogeneous datasets. Very easy to use. Unlike other Add-ins out there, it doesnt 'cling on' to your machine when you want to uninstall it (not that you would want to, once you get addicted to it). The Complex filters and roll-up functions are just amazing, its like doing pivot tables but within the main sheet. I have only explored 20% of it, and even then I find it worth it. Another big bonus is the prompt support from DigDb if you have even the stupidest of questions.
