  Organization is okay.

  Cons

  Can't change the headings nor shaded cells because they can't be edited without a password.

  Summary

  I deleted this once I realized that the format is controlled by the developer and cannot be changed without his or her password. Didn't work for me.

  It is a good spreadsheet and easy to use......takes up little file space.

  I was expecting an actual program not just a file with their own personal info as examples.
