For watching diabetic diet. I checked the data carefully and there are only carb recommendations for 'average healthy persons' in the software as guidelines.

Took me a few hours to learn the features because there are so many of them. The nutrient analysis is sophisticated and presented on one screen so it's very convenient to see. I wish they had the meter download feature though.
