The DHTML window does not slow down surfing. This free version offers six templates with 68 customizable properties, such as dragging ability, resizability, colors, and fonts. The studio helps even a beginner use dynamic HTML, and the program is free.

This small, lightweight package includes 13 designs that are useful for any page. Once the ZIP file is extracted, it is very easy to use through the "index" page that is created. The boxes are very customizable and can be made to fit the theme/colours of your site. <p> <p>This is an essential for anyone who wants good-looking layouts on their site!

I have never experienced this simple yet powerful software in the net with totally FREE of charge. Some big software companies ONLY think of how to earn more from the user yet with not user friendly kind of features. Try it and you will believed.
