Pros
It was so easy! I tried doing it on my own and it was time consuming and Access still did not do everything I wanted it to do. Anyone can use Access with this software, I won't design without it ever again!
Cons
Takes a bit of re-arranging to get what you want, but if you write down what tables, reports, etc. you want BEFORE you use the software, you will save time and frustration (you should always do this with Access anyways).
Summary
I encourage anyone to download the free trial and play with it...you won't be dissapointed!

Does everything for you. The tools asks all the right questions to help you build a professional relational database with professional forms. I can't wait to purchase the dashboard tool.
Cons
Takes a little getting used to, but it is well worth the time.

The perfect solution for anyone wanting to build professional relational databases. I would recommend this product many times over.

Pros
Great for setting up tables, relationships, and forms. I can see it being an excellent way for less experienced Access users to get the hang of developing databases. I am using it for the first time on my current development project and it is helping me organize the complexity of a very large database structure and come up with a consistent form design. I am looking forward to trying other OpenGate software packages.
Cons
I was able to somehow confused the software in the defining fields and relationships section where the tables selected didn't match the tables being defined. I also wanted a hyperlink data type but that and the OLE object types were not available in Designer.
Summary
Overall, I think it is an excellent idea and execution that I wish I would have thought up.

Pros
This product allows me to design a database quickly but lets me make corrections as I go along, invaluable if you want to learn the complexities of relational databases.
Cons
Does take some practice to get it right

Pros
Just like your advertizement says... You just answer a series of questions and the data base is created within seconds. I found that I could go back and correct things I did not like anytime I needed to before I finalized the data base. Even after finalizing, I could create a new Data Base and put updates in. Then go back an delete the old Data Base. This of course is before I got serious and started adding any quantity of information to the DB.
Cons
I have not run into many of those as yet. Just like anything else, practicing with it makes it better (Perfect).
Summary
No such thing as perfect, but this product allows me to make my creation more perfect as I get use to it.

Just answer a series of simple questions and you are on your way to a well designed solution.
Cons
Only downside is that I spent hours working manually before I found an alternative.
Summary
Even if you are experienced using Access, Designer will move your project forward. Well worth the cost - no buyers remorse here! Five Stars requires the application to read my mind. This is as close as you can get...

No Microsoft Access Experience Required. Just requires some thought before you start (PLAN).
Cons
Little bit of a learning curve, but like anything else you need to to have the goal in mind.

If you dont want to mess with VBA, and need to make something quick and easy.
