When it works, it's great but unreliable

Pros
Works great for our large office - communicating patients arrival, info required from dentists from front end staff, etc.
Cons
Every month or so stops working on various pc's and we end up having to uninstall and reinstall on all 20+ workstations! Time consuming, support can't figure out why, they don't respond to emails from their website
Summary
Great program if you don't mind babysitting it but don't rely on it always working.
the software is goob but we cannot download anymore!
