Dealertrack Service Check-In is designed for use in automotive dealership service departments. Dealertrack DMS and Service Pro users can complete the entire vehicle check in process using this easy to use mobile application. Features include the ability to view existing vehicle service history, take and store photos, capture the customers signature, and create pre work orders and/or open ROs directly from their device. This creates a dynamic point of sale opportunity and a simple and easy check in process for the customer. Service Check-In is also the most complete mobile version of the Service Pro system, allowing users to go from lane inspection to invoice without ever needing another tool. Send Automobile Status Reports to customer direct from the app. Complete OEM multi point inspections. Use the comprehensive Service Pro parts and labor pricing guide for all pricing and availability of parts and services within your dealership. Receive Apple push notifications when you are alerted in the process. Check-In is designed for use primarily by Service Advisors, but can also be used by technicians as well. Dealertrack Service Check-In is free to download, but does require an active monthly subscription to Service Pro and Service Check-In. If you are an everyday user of Service Pro and you would like to use Check-In, please contact your Dealertrack Sales representative.For Non Dealertrack DMS users, ask for "Check-In Lite" for a version with less integration with appointments, but a quick and effective electronic meet and greet and walk around process that is very intuitive and incredibly affordable.
