Retrieve user formatted date/time information for use as parameter in Windows shell batch files.

This utility is for administrators which are using poor old Windows Shell (not using Windows Power Shell) for building batch files to help them to get a user formatted date/time string for use it as a command line parameter in windows shell batch files, for example the current weekday for parametrisation of a weekly rotating backup batch.
