Although there is a pretty good web client, I would like to see this brand take their interface to a browser-only application and host my data without a local server needed.

Awesome team of support reps and software developers to work with. Whenever I make a suggestion or report an issue, it shows up in an update by the end of the month. Not overloaded with features - as my business grew I was able to add the features that we needed through optional plugins. Recommended.

We haven't run into any issues and have been using datatrack for 6 months or so now and for the price, you really can't find anything out there that has its features. We looked at zendesk but read various reviews of their support being terrible, so we chose datatrack. We're satisfied

i purchased over $1000 worth of software and taddjin maghi of magnoware has not given me working access code. i have emailed and phoned them many, many, many times and guess what no response!!!! i would recommend that you remove from your list of downloads, as they paint you a BAD picture!!!!!!

After 1 year of extreme unreliability (several complete rebuilds), their SE actually works. We have passed 2500 user work orders through the system.

They refuse to answer support. at one point I tried for 6 months. 50 calls, 50 emails, 50 form submissions. Nothing. Here is the skinny now, I put my client on a new computer and it WONT register!!! Basically its dead in the water now for us if we have to rebuild the server. $1500 wasted. We are taking legal action now.

It's a reasonably priced Helpdesk tool that functions fairly well. Some bugs in the email notifications, but on the whole, we like the product. Be prepared to go it alone, as there is absolutely NO support.
Cons
Support is non-existent; Nada, None, I have placed 3 calls, 3 or 4 trouble tickets and 3 or 4 emails. I have yet to receive a response. They also charged me a $349.99 fee erroneously when I was browsing their site, looking for the cost of additional desktop licenses. Mastercard may shut them off if they don't resolve it.

I have had the product 12 months and have several bugs. Magnoware literally refuses to return requests for help, either via email or telephone. They have my money, but will not support the product AT ALL.
