  The user interface and functions are good

  The reliability part is missing. Most of the days for some or the reason, I get backup failed logs. <p> <p>Also there is no facility to backup for each day. It overwrites the previous backup. <p> <p>Thre is also a BIG bug - wherein if you cancell a running backup, then you had it. It would neither cancell the backup, nor would it allow you do anything - sort of gets annoyed at you !

  We have been using Datasafe in our office for some time, and it offers a variety of features such as mulitple backup routines, saving backups to network drives or even emailing the backups to a specific email address. It's generally easy to configure as well.

  Cons

  If you do have a problem and can't figure it out, watch out. Their tech support is limited to a very unfriendly and difficult to use web board. They don't always respond to messages left on the board either. This wouldn't be so bad if they had an alternate way to contact them, but they offer no email or telephone support at all. After purchasing their product, we got no contact phone number, and despite numerous e-mails and even a physical letter mailed to them, we never got a response to what we thought was a pretty simple question. This poor level of service would make us very reluctant to recommend this program.
