• Absolute rippof!!! Dont waste your money!

  Pros

  The trial version seemed to bee working well, although it does limit you to 6 months worth of historical data. After setting up my lists and playing with it for the 14 days, I assumed that I could download all the historical data then start getting my data at the end of each day. That's where my joy ended...

  Cons

  On the first attempt to download all historical data I first noticed "gaps" in my charts. I could not get any data for 2001 and 2005-2006. Emailed suport and logged a helpdesk request and got no response. After adding the missing data from another source, I then ran into the problem of no data being downloaded at all. 4 days have passed without any data at all from the ASX and yet still no response from Databull support. I try switching servers from AU to US but nothing seems to work. I'm furious that I have wasted AU$71.something but am so glad I didn't opt for the full charting package.

  Summary

  There is nothing that I despise more than a company that takes your money then fails to deliver, without any word or reason, or even any efort to satisfy their customers. My advice to you is to STAY AWAY. The product could have been so good, but it simply under-delivers. And their "Helpdesk Support" is non-existant! Many attempts have been made to contact the company on any email address I can find on their website but all go unanswered. I just hope that in 12 months time they do not charge my credit card again! (By the way, automatic debiting to a credit card seems to be mandatory and there seems to be no way for me to "switch it off") BAD BAD BAD!!!
