D4 InfoNet OfflineWith this app, you can set up offline access to selected documents in D4Handbooks and forms in D4GenericForms.Simply fill in the URL path to your online version of D4InfoNet, your username and password under "Settings".When the server part of the app is installed on the server where your online version of D4InfoNet is installed, you can synchronize selected documents and forms onto your device.D4HandbooksAll documents you have added to "D4InfoNet favorites" on your online version of D4Handbooks is synchronized onto your device so you can access them offline.Any synchronization will update all synchronized documents on the device with the current version of the document.You can always control which documents to be made available in offline mode by adding/removing the documents from "D4InfoNet favorites".D4GenericFormsAll forms that are made available offline are synchronized automatically on the device.From here they can be filled out in offline mode and pictures taken with the devices camera are automatically uploaded to the form.There can be set up different rules for the number of images.At the next synchronization the completed form will be uploaded, with accompanying images, for further processing in the established workflow in D4GenericForms.
