This very basic program simply displays the current time in locations around the planet, although it lacks certain features we like to see in this sort of application. Cybertime's tiny, nonresizable main window displays a map of the world littered with red dots representing major cities. Clicking any city will set the app's built-in clock to that time zone, but you can still mouse over other towns to see additional times. Although the program sits in your system tray for quick access, the icon doesn't display the time, so you'll have to visit the main window to retrieve information. We also missed the ability to configure multiple clocks at once, and the program's lack of an alarm strikes us as a serious omission. The Time Calculator and Time Converter features both quickly let you determine the time differences between two locations, but since they do about the same thing, we don't see why both are included. You also can sync up your PC clock with the server time, but we can't verify that's as reliable of a method as using an atomic clock, a feature of many similar programs. Still, since it's free and very small, we can see how folks with the occasional need to know world times might find Cybertime attractive.

Easy to install and run. Fast response on actions even on a slow computer. Indeed convenient for quick world time referance.

Only major capitals and cities listed. Lucks options and configurations. Won't stay on desktop, hides to system tray when minimized. Map not very nice, but useful. Looks like London is more to the east than Madrid :).

I downloaded this product mainly to keep track of time in Sydney from the USA. Unfortunately it was giving me the WRONG time by an hour. It said it was 10:56pm when it was actually 9:56pm. Big difference when your calling family over there and end up waking them up!!

This was everything I was looking for, and more! The Time Converter and the World Map Format were a surprising and valuable addition. Very Good! The Atomic Clock, on the other hand, had raves coming from only ONE PERSON over and over, so beware!
