This is a small media player program. It's simplier than Media Player Classic, but it allows you to use almost features from MPC. It supports playing the most popular video formats with basic DVD support (without menus, titles and chapter), play list (now you can move items in the list), and customizable shortcut list. Version 0.0.4 - RC3 may include unspecified updates, enhancements or bug fixes.

No nonsense, just works

Pros
Finally a program as it should be, works for every video I tried it on, no installation, small, free and best of all: without annoying options/screens you don't want anyway and just get in your way. <p>The search was well worth it.
Cons
The only improvement in my opinion could be mouse movement activated search bar in full screen mode, like WMP has.

Pros
Plays (slightly) more formats and generally better than wmp 6.4. Very low on system resources.Easy to use.Easy to install,but see below. Free. Comes in a .zip file.
Cons
I'd imagine anyone with a hotter computer than mine(=everyone) will want more options.Needs manual configuration to work as default player (necessary if combining with G-spot codec appliance)(which is also cool).For me, its great.
