Set up a bot for your IRC channel.
Cop13 IRC Bot is based on windows platform. You don't need to configure it like other. You can connect it from your computer to any IRC network.

How to use:Unzip it first and then run the application. Your antivirus may block this application. Because IRC connects to through a port. Don't worry, you can allow it. When it run it'll ask for few information. Please enter all the information. Please note, there is a key you've to enter. You've to choose that key smartly. Because only that key contain command line will be recognized. Example, you entered @mybot as a key then if you want your bot to say something in a channel, you have to message your bot, @mybot PRIVMSG #Help :My name is Cop13. If you want it to message a nick then enter, @mybot PRIVMSG UserNick :Hey How are you? Which means every IRC RAW command you should use after @mybot that what you entered as a key.

Special Command Syntax:.REV:REPEAT

Example: .REV:REPEAT 3 #Help I need a help

Description: It will repeat, I need a help into #help channel 3 times.
