Collector will allow you to copy information from a Web Browser or File Explorer, and place it in a single searchable DataBase file. All information will be compressed, so it will take about half the normal space on disk, and it will drastically reduce the number of files created by the normal Save Web Page commands thereby reducing disk fragmentation.
