• good product, but poor documentation

  Pros

  The software makes the user develop very sophisticated responsive sites without any programming.

  Cons

  There is no user manual, no video tutorials. The developers are highly product-centered, dismissing the adequate effort for documentation. There are some articles on the use of the product, but they are totally disconnected. The support forum has few collaborators (the posts seems to be always from the same 'half-dozen' users). And the youtube videos, published by users, are poor and difficult of understanding. The few documents focused on teaching how to use the software are a mix of instructions for this product and other similar ones, from the same company.

  Summary

  For those that are used to deal with CoffeeCup products, and look for a good HTML5/CSS3 WYSIWYG product, RSD is perfect. However, if you need to learn how to use the product, you will need a lot of time and patience until get a level of knowledge needed to use the program with productivity.
