Since BPOS, Office 365 and Outlook alone don't provide effective mechanisms to control messages size, this is a challenge many companies are finding, and as bandwidths are upgraded, expenses rise. LinkSave is a very clean way to reduce messages size: It is an Outlook Add-in that controls message sizes, and can restrict delivery, based on per-domain settings you specify in our website. LinkSave is currently in Beta, and you can use it free of charge for as many users as you like.
