The Citi Meeting Services app allows Citi employees and external partners to connect and collaborate via one app audio or video, its your connection choice at every meeting!

Key features:

- Full access to call control features via the app interface.

- Save host details to start meetings in only 3 taps.

- Frequently meet with the same individuals? Save their passcodes with the Citi Meeting Services app favorites so you can just tap to join a meeting.

Host Requirements:

- Only available for Citi employees.

- Ensure you have your Citi Meet Video account details. If you misplaced your details or need an account, order it in Citi Marketplace.

Device Requirements:

- Using Wi-Fi (recommended) or mobile data*.

- Compatible with all iOS and Android mobile devices.

- Requires a minimum of Android 5.0

* Please Note: An hour long call uses approx.:

- 40 MB of data on audio

- 400 MB of data on video

Therefore, regardless of your location (domestic or roaming), we require that when using Citi Meeting Services Mobile app, you must connect via Wi-Fi. This not only offers the best quality but will also NOT impact your personal data usage. Configure your device to allow Citi Meeting Services Mobile app to work only when you are connected to Wi-Fi go to app Settings and disable the Use mobile data option.
