Pros
It's a dedicated software for keeping full track of changes in product life cycle and bill of materials. I think it's designed for electronic engineer and procurement stuff. The embedded search engine of the global electronic part database is beyond my exception.
Cons
It's not 400K in size, that's only the size of installer. It is indeed 20M in size.

Fast and easy to use. Smooth import and export from Excel Demo db helps a lot. Free for up to 3 users and 5GB storage, nice. Work collaboratively in real-time with other colleagues on the same BOM. Good technical support. Frequent feature updates. It comes with a powerful search engine.
Cons
Need to sign up for the first time use.
Summary
A piece of true professional business software. The free version is good enough for freelancer, small and medium enterprise. My company is too big to adopt it in short term but I can still start it with my personal database.
