  Pros

  Asset Track is very good software to manage our IT assets like installed hardware, software and can monitor their condition from start to their expiry. All the records are stored in a central asset database, which is easily accessible. We have been very pleased with the responsiveness, technical expertise, and flexibility of the Asset Track team, who far exceeded our expectations and the functionality of our other, previously selected vendor.

  Pros

  there are a lot of products out there with all of these bells and whistles that you probably will not even use anyways, but as a tech you will be tempted, I gave other software a try because of the cool things it could do but found that a more simple solutions such as Asset Track works even better for us and it's less time consuming and user friendly.

  We do not have any negative issues with the program.

  Pros

  We are a small business using the free edition of Asset Track for tracking our fixed assets. Asset Track has made my work life so much easier. I can quickly locate where a given tool is, generate a report on what is missing from the office. I highly recommend this product for any business professional.

  Pros

  When looking for a product to keep our fixed assets, I reviewed 3-4 fixed asset tracking software products, including Asset Track. Our final decision came down to ease of use, customer service (they have been EXTREMELY HELPFUL!... of course so has everyone I have called with questions), and price. The features are great and easy to use. Although I am new to the product and it has taken a while to learn (which is due to having many systems come on board at one time) it is easy and just what we need.
