An dedicated online owner edition is available for owners to add owner bookings, view owner statements, add work orders, update inventory and create personal owner websites. The integrated online reservation engine can be installed to any website and directs your guests through each stage of the availability, pricing, booking, terms and payment process. Real-time work order dispatch and management. Housekeeping schedules and reports are automatically created each day and housekeeping staff auto assigned. The software enables the management company to establish rules and pricing for creating the housekeeping reports. The Inventory Manager maintains an up to date list of items contained in each home. A Schedule and Reminders screen maintains a list of appointments, meetings and reminders. Ciirus includes a contacts management database to store and manage contacts and suppliers. Each account includes a fully featured Web site that can be customized using an easy to use integrated Web site editor. Property Manager features can be integrated into multiple external Web sites too.

When I installed it, trying to run the program it comes up with a message box stating it can not reach the internet on port 80 and then exits. My pc is connected to the internet evidenced by my browsers, mail client and IM programs being able to reach the internet. If you try to go to their website, it says godaddy domain for sale.

Property Manager has some great features and easy to use. It will build an instant web site, manages all my bookings, availability, create instant quotes for my online potential guests, calculates taxes and communications, all from one application.

The make downloadable screen saver feature costs $25

Property Manager has some great features and easy to use. It will build an instant web site, manages all my bookings, availability, create instant quotes for my online potential guests, calculates taxes and communications, all from one application. So far it's the only product I've found that does the management and marketing all from the same software. It allows me to change my web site images instantly. This save me money not having to employ web designers to make small changes to my site. A choice of templates are available to change the look and feel of my web site and the application has a built in web site editor which is easy to use. A choice of animated image galleries and video players are available too. It stores and calculates information for each booking, including payments in and out, pool/spa heating, cleaning fees and taxes. The rates for creating online quotes for different times of the year can be customized. The home automation feature lets you remotely control the locks, and temperature of the property if them home has compatible Zwave automation products installed.
