Managing inventory can be a difficult task if you don't have the right tools for the job. Chronos eStockCard Inventory Software packs a lot of useful inventory management features into an intuitive interface, making a complicated process easier to handle.

The program's interface is attractive and easy to navigate, with tabs down the left side for sales, purchases, inventory, reports, tools, and settings. Within each of these features are displayed in a format that is similar to a flowchart, which organizes the features in a way that makes a lot of sense. For example, the sales quotation icon is followed by the sales order icon and then the picking list icon, each feature progressing logically from the previous one. Clicking on an icon brings up a screen that, in many cases, takes some time to figure out; there are plenty of dropdown menus and text boxes in each one, and it will likely take users a while to familiarize themselves with all that the program has to offer. Unfortunately, some potentially useful features, such as the stock transfer tool, are only available in the paid version of the program, but the free version still brings a lot to the table, including a full complement of sales, profitability, and payment reports. The program comes with a very thorough Help file that explains its features quite well. Overall, we liked eStockCard Inventory Software, although it did sometimes seem sluggish when changing from screen to screen.

Chronos eStockCard Inventory Software installs a desktop icon without asking but uninstalls cleanly. We recommend this program to all users.

Pros
I must say estockcard is the best inventory software that I have tried so far. It's really easy to use and the interface is simple and clean enough. I can easily customize the screen layout by hiding those unused columns, it's pretty awesome and I love the simplicity of this software. They've got all the features that I need.
Cons
The free version only allow us to create 100 codes which is not enough for me. I will upgrade to the warehouse edition soon.

This inventory software is very simple to use and considered quite complete as it covers from issuing sales and purchase documents to inventory management process.

i. Easy to setup. Things were going smoothly from download to install, very good experience. ii. Simple interface and can get started easily without having a hard time to read through the user manual. iii. Screen layout can be customized which is very flexible, love it! iv. The IN and OUT operations are impressive, it gets the storing and retrieving process quick and simple. v. Great customer support :).

i. A bit pricey for the Warehouse edition. iii. If it can link with accounting software will be even perfect.

Pros
Installation is a breeze and it does all the configurations on its own. Great little startup help screen.
Cons
The instructions can be slightly vague at times and the english not the greatest (most likely directly translated from it's original), but can't fault a free piece of software like this. Two big thumbs up :)
Summary
Installed and running on Vista 64, so that side of the things already gets a BIG 5 OUT OF 5 STARS! Try it, it might just be for you :)
It is simple to use and flexible to DIY the screen.

The problem with this software is that, it took me a lot of time to understand and the 30 days programming limitation is nuts.Apart from every year renewable licensing fee,Than a one time fee.Better you avoid this..

Easy to use & effective. My inventory FIFO & tracking issues have been solved. The email alert of inventory movement is very impressive. The layout & storage bin setting is easy to be done as well.

I think Chronos eStockCard is really a fantastic inventory software. It is so flexible especially the screen customization part. You can customize the screen to suit your own preference by adding extra fields or remove the fields that you don?t need to use on the screen, it is that easy to do. I think so far I haven?t found any inventory software can be that flexible. I like the flexibility. <p> <p>Besides that, the screen design and layout are good, very simple and neat. The Tutorial provided is very helpful, you can read the instructions and functions for each menu. <p> <p>Functionality wise, eStockCard does all you need for an inventory software. The functions provided very simple and easy to use, only few steps you can finish a process. There is one thing I like about eStockCard is I don?t have to predefine too much data beforehand then I can run the system which is very convenient for me. <p> <p>If you are looking for a user friendly inventory software, I guess eStockCard will be your choice. Simple software with high efficiency!
