Developer’s Description

Enable a touch-based user interface in Google Chrome.

The program enables a touch based user interface. One-click anywhere on the page would enable the scroll mode and clicking again would disable the scroll mode. Once the scrolling mode is enabled the mouse movement can scroll the page.

Just what I was looking for!

Pros
You can thumb through webpages just like you're using an iphone (or something of the sort)
Cons
The inertia was not as responsive as I was imaging, though it doesn't keep me from using it.
Summary
Switching from my touch phone to my touch computer was sometimes frustrating. This helped make transitions between the two electronics easier.
