Editors’ Review
This free toolbar add-on provides links to some interesting sites, online shops, and Web radio stations, but it lacks customization features.
That Toolbar installs on Internet Explorer and employs the help of Google, Yahoo, and MSN for your searching needs. Its highlighter feature lets you easily spot keywords within search results. It houses several radio stations--mostly in the alternative and classical genre--but, unlike other toolbars, you can't add your own favorites. You'll find links to several online shops, including iTunes and Sony Music. Additionally, you'll find links to some offbeat pages for e-mail jokes, tech horror stories, and more.
Typical toolbar inclusions such as a browser and search history cleaner are available, but options to customize the toolbar are missing in action. Also, the pop-up blocker wasn't 100 percent effective in our tests. While there's nothing wrong with That Toolbar, it doesn't have the flexibility found in other freeware toolbars.
