• Easy customizable way to blacklist or whitelist sites

  Pros

  Reasonably intuitive, moderate instructions. It seems to meet my expectations for a non-intrusive tool.

  Cons

  Product was renamed, perhaps for copyright issues, but not consistently edited internally. The blocked-site message (Shouldn't you be working?" cannot be edited. Enhancement suggestions: 1) provide for a timer alert when the remaining allowed time is running out -- so that the application can be exited cleanly; 2) document how to password protect settings 3) document how to apply settings to multiple users, or multiple PCs in a workgroup 4) incorporate Google Safe Search settings

  Summary

  I have avoided earlier filtering tools, based upon common sense that any pre-teen who can program a smartphone can easily work around string-based interdiction. I and my teenage son can cooperate on using this to enforce time limits on gaming sites, eliminating the need for nagging and hovering. It could prove to be unwieldy, but as a new user, I find this utility very useful.

  Hmmm...lemme think about that...the program doesn't even exist! What's next a time machine program? (hint: time machines don't actually exist).
