Chord Maestro is a software tool used to create and display chord charts on a computer, TV, or large (confidence) screen without requiring a lot of unnecessary effort. "Page turning" can be automated using the built in metronome or an external DAW (e.g. Sonar, Logic). Chord Maestro was made for worship leaders and live bands who are tired of using music stands and having to deal with an ever expanding library of paper chord charts. With Chord Maestro, just create your chord chart using whatever tool you want (e.g. Chord Maestro editor, Word, Planning Center Online, Chord Pro, scanned, hand written, whatever), save as PDF, and then display it with Chord Maestro. Chord Maestro allows you to control navigation manually (e.g. foot pedal, iPhone, iPad) or via synchronization with the built in metronome or any connected MIDI device that supports MIDI Time Code. Chord Maestro makes no assumptions about your equipment since it's just using straight up MIDI communications.

Superior, much needed product for the modern church!

Pros
Easy to use. Compatible with a variety of interfaces. Designed for the novice and the expert. Puts the worship leader in control. Eliminates the need for paper on stage.
Cons
Not compatible with garage band.
Summary
Great software that allows the worship leader to project chord charts, or any pdfs for that matter, onto a monitor(s) or screen(s) to be viewed by the entire band. Scrolling through the pdfs is controlled via midi signal so you can control what your band sees using pre-programmed click tracks, a foot pedal, or even a smart device. CM interfaces seamlessly with planning center which is great. NO RETYPING!!!! Also, if you want, you can scan in a paper chord chart and use that so you can see the hand written notes from your last rehearsal or swap songs out last minute with minimal effort. I can't say enough great things about this product.
