This driver is for the Microsoft-certified HiQVideo 65554 chip, which offers DirectX 3.0 support. This driver modifies the 320-by-200-pixel resolution to run at a lower refresh rate. Among the fixes included in this driver are those for a problem where "overfly" has a green background when the YUY2 color format is in use, a problem showing some stray black lines on the left edge of the capture window in chipsvpm.dll, and a problem with the area beneath the mouse in 16-bit color modes.
