Produce "pinyinized" Chinese documents.

This versatile Chinese dictionary software displays simplified or traditional Chinese along with Mandarin or Cantonese pronunciations for more than 170,000 Chinese words. Users can quickly import English or German dictionary entries from CC-CEDICT, HanDeDict or other sources. Chinese words (with or without Pinyin) can be easily inserted into Microsoft Word and OpenOffice.org documents.

Users can automatically add Pinyin to Chinese characters in Microsoft Word documents, including Chinese text pasted from the internet or elsewhere. Users of other languages who know some English can configure ChinaScribe to show English as a secondary language to help them understand Chinese words that don't have a dictionary translation in their main language.
