See the availability status of multiple people in your company.

Before you can schedule a meeting, you must know what time works for everyone. Use this application to check the availability of attendees in your email system. The free mode allows you to make sure the application can work with your email system and will check the availability of one attendee at a time. This application works for anyone that uses Outlook to connect to an Exchange Server. To get started, just enter an email address of someone you'd like to meet with and click "Add". The app will contact your server to get their free/busy status and display it for you. If you haven't already entered your credentials, the app will prompt you. Simply enter the login information you use to access your existing mailbox and click "Save".
